No I've just sneaked into the cathedral to give him the cup before the bell tolls. I found a passage to underground with a locked door at the end. He is in there then?
I tried saying hello to the mage priest outside.. not good :P. The cardinal is not him. :P

Bob,
The duchess said to meet the cardinal in his bedroom, that's the place you need to find. Save often during the timed portion of the mission, in case you make a mistake.

Hi!
Can someone tell me where's the Vampyre Eye after (during) the NOTLD in Act II? Thanks...

On the second floor of a building that overlooks the Dark Rose Market. It's in a sea chest.

I thought I found all the items for the spell. The
ultra ruby lensed eye of true seeing
fooled me, can anyone tell me what its for? I knew something was wrong when the spell didn't work. I know where the last eye is now.
Also theres a note in a fish storage building.
A person by the name Pete has run and jumped into the canal and also about giving him a proper burial at St. Trinetts.
Is that a hidden objective?
I'm on expert.
Those wizards are so cool. Dammit they should have been made invunerable. ;)

How can I "use" the museum invitation on the guard in front of the museum? No matter what I do he keeps attacking me when he sees me (same for the guards inside). Using the invitation in the inventory only reads it... (all of this before the NOTLD, of course).
Thnx!

I just stood in front of the guard and brought up the invitation by cycling through the inventory.
If you have done something that has turned them hostile (raising a weapon, drawing the bow, failing a pickpocket when they watched, etc.), I think you are out of luck. That makes the museum (pre-NLDE) extremely hard to stay undetected in.

Other people experienced the same thing, though not many, and I don't believe anyone every figured out why it was happening. If you can't get it to work, come back after you've been to see Mercedes and do it then.

I had no idea about the invitation, all hell broke loose before I found the note. :cheeky:
The Dr. Croft reference in the museum was a riot.
Thanks for the info jiansonz. ;)
