I'm not going to read every page of the thread, but...
Where is the amulet? I have the three ruby eyes and the book, but I need the amulet  Hi Max,
If you are looking for the Zjilich Amulet, If you know where the Cardinal's room is, The stained glass window she refers to would be the one right beside the secret exit we'd used to get out of the Cardinal's room in the Cathedral. She says she's going diving. Looking for the Zjilich Amulet it sounds like. It also looks like we could put a Rope into the canal side window and cross over to the Cathedral grounds from here. We figure we may as well check out this section of the canal too and dive out the window into the water. The Canal Gate just south is locked and we can't pick it but it does open to the Canal Gate Key we got in the study in the Cathedral earlier. We continue to look closely around the bottom of the canal here. There! A hole going down past the regular bottom right next to the wall the next Canal Gate is in. And yes, a chest with the Zjilich Amulet inside. Great! Now we've got all the things we need to reset the Eyes in the Amulet as per the instructions in the spell book. Back up and to the surface and pick the lock on the other Canal Gate. Turns out to be just beside the Old Tower we'd used earlier to get into the hope this helps a little.

Moritura -
1.
There is no sword in your equipment at the rented room. If you are playing on either the hard or expert difficulty, there is a sword that you can find in the town. On easy, you don't have access to one at all.
2.
Avoid it if at all possible. It's nasty and not something you want to have hanging around if you can avoid it. It's the ghost of the creature in Calendra's Cistern and it doesn't like you very much. :cheeky:
The "eye in the sky" and the invisible monster are not the same creatures.
...
Which one is what? I've completed the mission, so I can't go back and read (easily), I'm just curious. All I know is, the wizards have a monster guarding their place. And there's a curious picture in their place that looks like it could be one of them.

It sure makes the level more difficult!
Yeah, and I suppose I enjoyed it in that way.
Every time I heard that terrible grunting and slobbering I ran like hell. One time I was being chased by zombies, out of the museum, and opened one door of a double door, to get out of the museum, and couldn't walk out, and was wondering "what the hell?" and then I heard those noises start up again and was like "AAAARRGHH!" opened the other door quickly, ran around the blocked spot (the monster), down the street, and jumped off into the canal.
Where is the cat? I have spent hours looking for it. I figured it was most likely up a tree but if it is it's WAY up there. I've given up and moved onto the next mission but if somebody can tell me where to look I will only be too happy to return and help the poor little lost thing.

The cat only makes an appearance after you get back to your room after dropping the cylix. You should stumble across it after some time since its on the streets and not up a tree. The only hint I can give you without revealing too much, is to realize that you might not be the first person to locate it. :cheeky:

tootired - I looked for that d**n cat for hours and couldn't find it, then went back into the mission to check something for someone and walked right into it! Then, I reloaded another save for someone else at a different location in the mission and it happened again! Strange!
