Ahhh, I restarted the whole mission just to start fresh and slow. And I indeed found the solution to the vault situation, thanks guys!

I've been playing this mission again after so many years, and I ran into a problem I never had before. For some reason I am losing health over time. I can't finish the mission without dying for no apparent reason. Has anyone experienced this?

john9818a: One of the three red gemstones (the Eye of the Lich, IIRC) is slowly sapping your health. Just find a safe place to drop it until you're ready to make the Zjilich Amulet.

Ok thanks Grandmauden!

Hi, I have been replaying this amazing campaign. I have just finished mission 2, I thought i found everything I could - but loot only
3335/5230 so there is still missing a nice amount... There was one place I could not visit the
Gleaming Facet, door is not frobbable, as the iron grid high up. Playing on expert. Any ideas someone? I know this is a golden oldie, but i hope some of you can help me. I watched YT walkthroughs, but they did not help me at this point, the door was pickable there.
Thank you very much :)
Edit: i have read another thread for this cammpaign, but here i found the ansver to my question thanks to (

And after dealing with
all of the zombies and haunts, i have learned what to do with the
empty Zjillich amulet... so time to restart, again.

The gleaming facet can only be entered before the zombie invasion. After that, the door becomes unfrobbable.

I've been trying to find the answer but I can't. I remember reading or hearing in the Inside at Last episode with Purah that there's a way to not trigger the haunt invasion in Murkbell. Am I right? How is this done?

Grabbing your blackjack from your room at the inn triggers it. So...just don't do that. I believe you can use a fire arrow to blast open the cemetary gates, retrieve the Cylix from the Cardinal, then destroy it without ever going to your room. Or if you need a fire arrow from your room stash, just slowly inch forward until you can grab it without triggering the zombies.

Awesome. And are there places you can't visit after triggering the zombies? I read about the Gleaming Facet

Yes after the zombie invasion a key becomes available under the desk in an office in the cathedral. This will access the caretaker's. You can also get there via the Meepwood bridge like mentioned above, but extending the bridge requires a key off a guard who I think only exists after the invasion, but I'm not entirely sure.
