Haven't been here for a long long time.
I recently have changed my monitor to a 16:9 one, and guess what, the ratio of T2 is also changed to try to fit the whole screen.
does anyone know how to make Thief run in a windows rathe than full screen, otherwise I don't think I can play it again. thanks

As far as I know, the answer is NO. The subject of THIEF in a window has been broached for years, even before the concept of the new monitors was finalized.
I don't recall ever seeing a suggested fix.
The only thing I can think of is to try a SEARCH THIS FORUM in the tech, and legacy forums.
Using the keywords Run in Window(s)
Good luck

If you have an Nvidia Geforce 5 series card or better, use fixed aspect ratio scaling for pillarboxing.

There have been some supposedly successful attempts at running T2 in true 16:9, but as I recall the thread didn't give all the details and others since haven't been able to reproduce it. I'll try to dig up the thread...
Edit: (

Aside: Dusty, congrats on making the first cut for Nashville Star!

It's possible to run Thief in window, but only through DromEd and in software mode.
