Cannot access www.ricebug.net

we cannot access (www.ricebug.net) or
(http://www.ricebug.net/thief/Thief.html) we get a server not found error.
Is the site down? or has it changed?

Just wondering whether it was a TTLG link you were following or something/where else. If TTLG then can you let me know so I can update it.
