For the banners (ArtDeco\Mecban, Mecban1, Mecban3), I have three issues. 1. The cloth seems way too coarse of a weave. I'm thinking a satin or silk. 2. The fold is wrong for a rectangular banner. What is pulling the fold into a point at the bottom center? Generally a rectangular banner will have slight folds paralleling the side edges (more or less). If it deforms to the center, there has to be a reason. I don't see the reason. 3. The gear logo seems to be floating over the banner. It should be a bit distorted by the folds in the cloth. Some of that may be the fold layer is underneath the gear layer (is it?), and if you reverse that with the fold on top, it may work better. But also the Gear itself should look a little deformed as you look at it from the front, as some of it should be hidden by the fold. Low res you can get away with it. But for a high resolution image, the fold and its effect on the logo need top be spot on. Everything shows. I think these textures are among the toughest to get right at high res.

It smooths in-game. With high resolution you need to decide what quality of fabric is appropriate for the banner. And then make it sharp and detailed, because it won't be blurry in-game.

You can switch between the various list modes from the second drop-down box at the top:
Default: High + low priority textures
High: High priority textures only.
Low: Lower priority textures only.
Unused: Only textures that are not used in any OM
All: All textures, including unused ones.
I'm not sure if I chose the high priority ones all that well. I mostly went through all the families and picked the ones that I thought were used regularly or prominently in missions, also using the usage counts and some quick runs through the missions for reference.
There probably aren't enough listed there, but it feels nice as a "more attainable" progress indicator. We now have 58% of this subset of textures upgraded.

I thought at first it was for the object banners, but those have "tails", while this texture is square.
