I've always though of DOORPD as being a door made with worn boards each of which have distinct grain and meet in straight lines. Somehow the blurry staining of the texture obscures that in the places (middle right of the texture as an example). I think the board edges and the grain should still be distinct despite the stains. It just looks blurred and not stained as is. Also the end boards (left and right) are much narrower than the rest. I would argue for uniform board widths.

One thing I worry about as an author is the grout lines matching. I can spend quite a while making sure that the grout lines wind up on a wall where they realistically would be, and if a replacement texture messes with that I would get annoyed.

That's supposed to be a wooden door, yes? At high resolution you should be able to see the sharp borders of the boards, not indistinct smudges.
