It urgently needs mortar. The harsh division between brick and blackness makes the texture look really flat.
The big gaps could also show some of the sides of the bricks that would be revealed there.
Okay, I added just the barest hint of mortar, threw on a tiny bit of highlight along the bottom of the bricks (which looks a little weird at the moment), and played with the shadowing a bit. See what you think now?
My opinion is it still needs some work. It's closeish, but it needs something...more. I think the bricks are too even. Maybe I should stagger them off a bit. Maybe rotate some a few degrees so it's not quite so orderly.

The texture also looks a bit blotchy, I'm not quite sure how to fix that. Maybe lower the contrast a little?
That's probably due to one of my shadowing layers. Might also be because I'm using the original texture gaussian blurred as a hue overlay.

I would say the stones look too soft somehow, as though they were smoothed, rounded. I think they should be sharper, not only along the mortared edges, but the face of the stones should be rougher.

Yup. I agree. I think I was avoiding the obvious because that meant I'd have to redo the mask and put it all back together again.
Shouldn't be too hard to do. I'll reshape all the stones and hopefully have something to show off tomorrow.
edit: Getting too tired to finish this up tonight, but I thought I'd try one more thing...

While I enjoy seeing stone textures that don't look like they are made of putty, wax, wet clay, melted chocolate, and so on, these look fuzzy, like old office carpeting, on the face of them, but in-game, I don't know.

The new glass looks so much better than the old one.

Very good, the linework is just right.
Only thing I would change is add some of those contrasts and shadows from the original texture, I know they mostly show up as big ugly splotches because of the old 8-bit palette, but there's definitely something there.

I think it needs to be bluer.
The panels on the top two rows are noticeably blue, but the rest of the window (especially the large, light panels) are a little too desaturated.
