I'm not sure if anyone has ever compiled a proper list for the whole game, but it's possible to generate them mission-by-mission in DromEd. Load a mission and choose the
Tools→Generate Report menu option. Click OK in the dialog that appears. There will now be a default.rep file in your main Thief folder. The "Report on Object Model Memory" section lists all the models used in the mission, while the "World Rep Textures" section lists the textures.

It's supposed to represent Markham's Isle, since the Cetus plans are hidden behind it. (So Markham's Isle is in Ireland, then? I guess that narrows down The City's location a bit. :joke:) It's in the "stained glass" texture family, but in the context it appears it's clearly meant to be a painting instead.
