Great. Just no need for cracks. When there will be a lot of identical windows in one place - identical cracks will seem strange.

The crack is present in the original textures too - but the high resolution will probably make it stick out like a sore thumb when the texture repeats. I'd suggest getting rid of it, or making the texture with more tiles with different details on the panes.

I agree with Bob...Ideally, there should be multiple variations of that texture for natural difference, or simply no crack at all.

In Thief1, core\trans is a transition texture from core\sand to core\sandy.
In Thief2, core_1\trans is a transition texture from core_2\sand to core_1\sandy. Though it's used as sort of a dirty concrete texture in miss2.mis and considered stone in the gamesys.
