I'm stuck!
The only goal I have listed to complete at this stage is to return to the keepers library in stonemarket plaza but I can't find the portal.
There is a glyph in a wall but it wont open.
Actually since writing this I strolled back to where the glyp was and looked up to see a window. I climbed up the wall and now I'm in the Keepers library!
