Did your objectives change? Or is NOTHING happening at all? Once in a while, a sound file won't play. Do you have an earlier save?

Which opening are you using? The front door is the wrong one. You need to be on the side down the spiral staircase.

You are welcome. Not to be snide, but by now you should have figured out that there is nearly always an alternate to the obvious.
