I'm doing very badly in this although I like it very much! Apart from the 3 bones I'm still looking for, I can't find a replacement for my sword or how to get into the double gates to the big house or the gate in the crypt. Am I looking for keys or cunningly hidden switches?

Other than i am as stuck as you are.
I'm also missing 3 bones and the sword. I have the one from the crypt and the one from the hospital. After going below the elevator i managed to frob a coat hanger to get a ladder to come down outside, but i can't open the safe in that room and the door that is accessible by the ladder. I'm assuming one of the bones is behind that door.

I have four bones so far but no sword. The bones I found so far were

1. In the foundry guy's place (with the elevator) on the top floor check the ceiling beams very carefully.
2. In the lawyer's place, upstairs frob the small mech banner on the side of the bookcase.
3. In the hospital, look for a small niche in the end of the operating table.
4. In the crypt behind the locked gate..

I don't see one there at all. Maybe they are in different places on different difficult levels. I am on Expert.

Could be, I'm on normal as usual. Deleted all that so as not to confuse people. Must have been thinking of the foundry.

As for the lawyer I already tried that but obviously wasn't standing close enough. Got it now. Really could do with that sword.

I just found the fifth one. About halfway down the wooden stairs in Sir Moore's house there is a niche in the underside of the stairs. You will need a rope arrow to reach it. From the foyer, go up the stairs to the first landing and turn around so you are facing the front door. It will be right above you.
