Well, I've been up that ladder to the greenhouse and into the house from there but there is no sword. I don't remember how I got that door open, maybe picked it?

Found it.
Go down under the elevator in the foundry and up the ladder down there. In the first level there is a small room with a toilet under the stairs going up. Near the stairs there is a small cubbyhole with the key to safe up the stairs. The safe has the key to the door in the greenhouse. Once inside look under the bed for the sword.Tannar on 25/4/2009 at 10:07
Oh yeah, I remember now. I already had done that. That's where I got the key and that's how I got that door open. Just didn't find the sword under the bed. Thanks for that!

Regarding the ladder: In the weapons shop upstairs there is a coathook on the wall by the front door. Frobbing that coathook lowers the ladder. You get into the weapons shop from the tunnel under the elevator in the foundry.

sorry, ladder problem solved, now where can the key for the crypt gate be guess i will have to kill the zombies first,

In the lowest part of the crypt there is a male zombie just past the opening into the room with the ghost. Above him, on his side of the wall above the opening is a frobbable unlit torch. This opens a niche in the wall farther in that room where the ghost is. The key is in there.
