Jason Otto has a couple of CL gates but no actual fencing.

It shouldn't be hard to make some, but it is hardly appropriate for the Thief universe. Is this for a mission set outside of Thief?

I came across some wicked-looking barbed wire fence textures that will probably fit in better.
