I have a custom spell called Listen Swaying Argument that does Charm 30 points for 3 seconds on touch. As you would expect, when I use this on an NPC their Reaction goes up by 30 points. But when the spell wears off it goes up another 30 points, instead of going down. And stays there. This is a bug, right?

Yes it is a bug. I have a bug where after charming them if I do anything to change their disposition it would stay like that. But not go up another 30.
