So you never cheated in a game, ZB? Never ever?
Didn't think so.
His plea in the first post should have been enough for you to stay away, since it ain't fair to flame somebody who knows what you are going to say already and specifically directed their quiery at those willing to answer without snide comments.
My conclusion is that you gain nothing from this particular noob harrassment, other than asserting yourself as forum badass, which is well known already. Go to CommChat with you, if this is all you are good for.

:laff:
ZylonBane is right. Thief is about stealth.
On the other hand, it appears that the cracks in the novices armor are starting to show!
Ever heard of the reload quicksave button? That solves rope arrow woes.
As far as running out of arrows in order to kill all guards to make the mission go faster is simply absurd!!!
Start using ZylonBane's' advice. The game goes *much* faster is you simply jump from shadow to shadow!
Buncha rusty novices in this joint!

Ah, "trainer". The euphemism of choice for cheating lame-asses the world 'round.
Well, it seems a bit unweildy and cumbersome to say "cheating program" every single time.
At least that's what I thought.
Oh, but
damned be them who art opposed your word!Stop being such a Holy Paladin.
If cheating is such a crime to you, then leave so people won't debauch your sanctified ground.

Ahh, shove it up your idkfa. Of course I've cheated. And I own up to it when I do.
I'm also very aware that the best way to make any game intensely boring is to cheat-code all the challenge out of it. As I said above, Thief without the need to sneak is like an FPS without monsters-- all you're left with is a perambulation simulator.

Tough noogies.
You're basically declaring that you want to Rambo your way through Thief, which entirely defeats the purpose of the game. Playing Thief without fear, without having to think and plan, is not playing Thief at all. It's like going into a Doom forum and asking if there's a code to get rid of all those annoying monsters.
Wrong. As I said in the rest of my post, I would continue to avoid being seen, avoid conflict, and continue general stealth, I simply want it so that if I get attacked, I dont die and have to restart a saved game, that's no fun for me.
Id just prefer unlimited arrows (trying to complete a mission when you've nothing left but water arrows isnt fun), and either invincibility, or unlimited items so I can have unlimited health potions. The "rECLAIM" trainer on Thief 2 is an example of what I mean.
I'm not really too into the idea of the DromEd stuff, but all suggestions so far are appreciated.

Also again, I've played the game before, Im not "stuck", nor am I going to "Rambo" through levels or spoil the game.
This is how *I PERSONALLY* would like to play the game, despite how others think I should.
Unlimited arrows would just be helpful in things like putting out torches, not just using broadhead arrows to kill people to make the game go faster, thats not what I want to do.

http://http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/comics/20040220.jpgA god mode, or unlimited health potions would allow me to be able to have a remote chance when down to low health and unsuccessfully attempting to blackjack a Hammerite. Instead of him just turning me into Garratt Pizza with his hammer, I could at least fight back, run away, whatever, without having to restart the saved game and try again.
I do appreciate suggestions on gameplay, but I dont need those sorts of advice, as I simply want to play the game in this particular way.
If anyone can help me with unlimited ammo/items cheats, I would be most appreciative.
Thanks again for listening to a n00b.

If you have already experienced Thief, then by all means, go ahead and cheat. Increases the longevity of the game, like the different play-styles do.
