I got about halfway through this game before I stopped, and used darkloader to load another FM.

Then I deleted this FM from my hard drive, and my saved games for it too.

Why?

Because I really don't want an FM where I break into the whorehouse and start reading notes written by people who talk about how they love to run their 'bitches' and how good all the pussy feels and etc.... at least, not w/o a damn adult content warning on the readme file. Which, up to the time of this post tonight, there wasn't one.

I added a note about the adult content to the mission info page at thiefmissions.com. Not having played the mission myself, I had no idea.

Did anyone find a use for the vine arrow?

I think i only used a vine arrow on the front entrance (its the door that leads to the big garden and to the station where Mr. Button hangs around) and climbed up there to search for loot.

Anyway, despite a few things that annoyed me (Chuckg covers it quite well), it too reminded me of Thief 1 in terms of atmosphere. I was hoping to get a TL but screwed up and ended up with 5512/5552. Is there any hard to find loot?

EDIT: And of course, i went back and found the rest of the loot almost immediately. It turned out to be [SPOILER]the spice bag at the beginning of the mission (right before you enter the compound)[/SPOILER]

Damn...this place is huge huge huge. Every time I enter a room there is anyware from 1 to 5 or 6 doors going someware else. Jezzz!! And this is a place of ill repute were taffin, what ya expect to find going on. LOL :ebil:

I agree there should be a PG-13 rating at least though

I must say, I was somewhat put off by the 'mature' language, and the nudity. Having said that, I did enjoy the mission, and missions with plenty of readables always get a thumbs up from me :thumb: .

Only criticisms are prolley the overabundance of keys, somewhat spartan architecture in points, and the aforementioned language. Nice concept for a mission though! Made me feel less guilty for some of my more... violent outbursts :cheeky:
