I've tried registering games I've already owned on Steam. Some games go on just fine, and some, for whatever reason, don't.

When all was said and done I couldn't justify the expense of a $40 game. The $15-ness of ZenoClash turned out to be the winning factor. I look forward to playing it tomorrow and sharing my impressions with everyone. :thumb:
But Deadspace will be my next stop as soon as things are looking better, financially!

Dead Space is still selling for $40 USD new? What? I would've thought that it'd be closer to $30 at this point.

I didn't dig very deep, but the cheapest I saw was Amazon for $37.
Though I could buy it from "topnotchentertainment" for $32... that's the cheapest amazon partner that has it listed. (28 + 4 shipping)
