Merry Christmas all of you! Much love from the Buckeye State.
I am so sorry that the vast majority of you will never taste Great Lakes Brewery's 'Christmas Ale'. It is sold in EXTREMELY limited quantities, costs a fortune, and even in central Ohio it is tough to get a 6-pack.
I was glad when the chef saw me stressed at work and took me back to the beer cooler and shared his personal stash of it with yours truly. Hadn't had it in 2 years +.

Last night we drank some Thai beer called Leo and some fruity strawberry wine cooler-mineral water (lol) called something that started with an "S". Then we sang karaoke Burmese & English carols, had a big pot of noodles and cake, and stayed up until 1:00 around the bonfire chatting. It's Christmas morning now & the karaoke is starting up again.
Merry Christmas to you all, my net homecrew! :):o:):o

We've had Baileys for a liquid dessert past few Christmases, but this year I've got cloudberry liqueur and it's incredibly yum :) I know liqueurs are supposed to be enjoyed room-temp, but after a heavy Christmas dinner I want something fresh, so I plop in an ice cube. It doesn't interfere too much with the rich cloudberry flavor, but cuts a bit off the overly sweetness.
