I suppose the Nobles would celebrate Hammer festivals, to avoid pissing them off. Also if the Hammers knew the day they broke away from the Pagans, then they would definitely celebrate that.
I geuss the normal people might celebrate winter's end, or perhaps at the end of autumn to mark a successful harvest.
