Meh, Penny Arcade is okay....I mostly consider it to be gaming news cartoonized. Like in the politics section of the newspaper.

Though I did enjoy the portal slide comic.


Anyway, the study is just like all of the others. Potential correlation, no evident causation. Must I remind everyone of the Government study on violent videos games, and the correlation that violent crimes have actually been going down, the more violent the games become.

Also, I am offended by the fact that they just call them all "video games". There are many kinds: rpg games, strategy games, fps games, frat-boy games (Halo/Gears of War), Excessive bloody for no reason games, adventure games, spooky horror games, casual games, trippy games.. the list goes on and on.

And each type of game has a specific type of person that is "correlated" to it. I personally don't like drinking or getting high, cause it makes people look like retards. I'm also more social that the average gamer, even though I've played halo and GTA (and I'm a university student, oh crap..time to break out the weed, i guess). I prefer adventure/horror and rpg/fps more though.

Apparently, the whole point of the game is to ignore the one rule given to you. Then, after you break it, you die. But that's the only way to unlock content.
