Yes, I know really well that project (hey CoK, maybe an updated version for NewDark?), but I'm actually referring to a TDS City implementation IN TDS itself (thanks to Sneaky Upgrade it's now possible and would be beautiful) :D

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but creating a full TDS city mission has nothing to do with Sneaky Upgrade. SU is more about fixing bugs and adding functionality to the existing game. It's not an editor or an updated engine.

No *strictly* create but definitely enable others to enjoy!
Still there's an editor version with some tweaks for mappers too ;)
