Greetings, Taffers! I have made a writeup of all links that I could spot between The Black Parade and any other Thief game or fan mission! There will be spoilers for tons of stuff, so here it goes:
THIEF GOLD
* The Keepers frequently refer to the nascency of the Dark Project and the danger it may spell to their order.
* Third Keeper Orland is referenced extensively, including the danger he may pose.
* Correspondence between Keeper Nate and Keeper Artemus appears in the sanctuary.
* Dewall is mentioned as having been arrested at the start of Thief Gold, and that Raputo likely is responsible.
* Raputo, Dewall and Viktoria all appear, and Viktoria asks Hume to steal Constantine’s Sword as she believes he may be a good fit for the Eye.
* The sealed-off portion of the city appears as the hideout of the necromancers,
* Correspondence reveals that the Hand Brotherhood intends to make an expedition to the Lost City to retrieve the amulet.
* Lord Bafford is mentioned frequently, and the gambling pits mentioned in his manor, the Dreckboun gambling pits, appear in Death’s Dominion.
* Lord Gervasius is mentioned in a letter in Dewall’s estate.
* Archmage Corino is mentioned as a player within the Hand Brotherhood.
* Ramirez is mentioned frequently when discussing Dewall. Dewall himself mentions him by name, and Raputo points out how lowkey Ramirez’s estate is compared to Dewall’s.
* Cyric and Bohn are mentioned, and the war with Blackbrook is in the background as a conversation topic.
* Xavier is mentioned as First Keeper. He wrote the Treatise on Mages and is apparently head of the order at the time of The Black Parade.
* The necromancers are examining the Haunted Cathedral when Hume rob their estate.
* The Hand Brotherhood is mentioned as having a stronghold outside the city. Since their castle in the city is not mentioned in Thief Gold, it can be presumed that the plot by the Baron to bribe the Brotherhood’s guards into helping them seize the castle may have been a success.
* The disaster at the Hand Brotherhood’s castle outside the city has just happened, based on correspondence.
* Hume says, “It’s a long way down,” during The Brand, a recurring line from Garrett.
* The Downwind Thieves Guild is mentioned several times, namely in the briefing for Kept Away from View.
* The Gems Of Sarnoth, a recurring joke in Thief missions, are mentioned.
* Tatyana's Flowers are being used by the necromancers.
* Karath-Din and the precursors are mentioned as being the origins of the Hand Brotherhood.
* Webster’s rise is chronicled in a book in the Keeper compound.
* Ramirez’s letter to Garrett ordering him to join up with his gang appears in Kept Away from View.
THIEF 2: THE METAL AGE
* The translator’s tower where Gamall and Caduca prophesy the Metal Age when Garrett visits appears in the mission Kept Away from View.
* Azaran the Cruel, whose body appears in his spire during Life of the Party, is the main antagonist of The Black Parade.
* First City Bank and Trust is mentioned as having been built in the new style of marble.
* The Keepers frequently write with concern about the oncoming Metal Age.
* Dayport is constantly referenced as being subject to renovation, explaining its lofty spires we see in Life of the Party.
* Markham’s Isle is referenced as being close to Karath-Din.
THIEF: DEADLY SHADOWS
* The Hag is mentioned in a book of fairy tales.
* The oncoming Dark Age is discussed, and with it the potential of the entirety of the order being exposed to the public.
* Gamall herself appears and is burning books about the dawn of the Keeper order in the Keeper library. If attacked, she turns into the Hag and brings her statues to life.
* Moving statues appear throughout the city, such as Dewall’s estate and Whitebell. Many are affiliated with the Keepers, but some solely with Gamall.
* References to the sentients are present in the Keeper compound, namely The Heart, the Crown, the Paw, the Chalice, and the Eye.
* Hume refers to the estate in The Brand as a house with bad dreams, the same thing Garrett calls the Shalebridge Cradle.
* Pavelock Prison is mentioned in a note regarding a prisoner to be executed.
* The Box of Troubles screed that appears on a viktrola in the Wieldstrom Museum appears as a text in Dewall’s estate.
CALENDRA’S LEGACY/CALENDRA’S CISTERN
* Little Lamplight, Murkbell, the old industrial district where the serial killer lurks and Lady Calendra are all mentioned.
* Mercedes is listed as a renegade Keeper in the records. She is also mentioned in the letter between Nate and Artemus.
* The Darkwatch Sanctuary is mentioned in a book in the Keeper compound. It mentions the secret at the base of the sanctuary, where Garrett finds the succubus.
* The same book refers to the fact that the priests of St. Trinett’s are feuding with the seat at Hammer Hill, referring to Cardinal Alcandor of St. Trinett’s plan to raise the dead, being a vampire.
* Succubae are also mentioned in a book in the second mission.
* A book in the Hand Brotherhood’s castle refers to the Falstaff Wizards, wizards who peddle magical artifacts and from whom Garrett can steal a sword and whose magical circles he can use while in Murkbell.
* Murkbell is mentioned as being remodeled with marble in the vein of First City Bank and Trust.
* Kharras Drahg is listed as a potential sentient.
THIEF 2X: SHADOWS OF THE METAL AGE
* Sunnyport is mentioned as another locale outside the City.
* Firearms appear in Thief 2X, as in many FMs. This may be a stretch, but Dewall mentions firearms in his ledger.
MISCELLANEOUS
* Keeper Tarxax from Evil Thievery is mentioned as a renegade Keeper.
* Keeper Jonas from Bad Venture is mentioned as a renegade Keeper.
* Hammer Hill, the church in Escape from Hammer Hill, is mentioned in the book about the Darkwatch Sanctuary.
* Zealot's Hollow from Zealot's Hollow is mentioned in a note in Dewall’s estate.
* The Seraphic Embassy from Tears of Blood - Escape from Guilesatpeak is mentioned in the same note.
* Rocksbourg is frequently listed as a city outside of the City.
* Lampfire Hills from Autumn in Lampfire Hills is mentioned.
* Darksmoke and Judge Azamlarg from Disorientation is mentioned.
* Brightcobble from The Whistling of the Gears is mentioned.
* The Chalice of Souls and Fidgewick's Hollow Sanctuary from Chalice of Souls is mentioned.
* Estheridge's Chimes from The Music of Sibel are mentioned as a potential sentient.
* Beric from Between These Dark Walls is mentioned.
OTHER GAMES
* Cicero, a mad cannibal, appears during Where Old Faces Fade. His diction and personality are clearly based on Cicero from Skyrim.
* When passing, guards may say to each other, “Shall we gather for cards and ale later?” and similar lines. This is a reference to the famous line from Dishonored, “Shall we gather for whiskey and cigars tonight?”
I am sure there are hundreds of references to other FMs and the main games that I am missing on. (I made this while very sleep-deprived on a cold weekend in January.) Let me know what others you caught!

I could be mistaken, but I believe a fifth elemental focus at the end of mission 10 may be a reference to the main objective loot in Alcazar. I'm still pulling together my notes on that mission, though.

Oh? Tell me more? What about the focus, and how does it tie into Alcazar?

I'll assume there is no concern over spoilers here. Alcazar has you ultimately get a fifth talisman, a purple one that's "runic", iirc. The four foci at the final showdown in BP10 are arranged to represent the four elements, but there's a fifth focus tied to the ritual, a floor down in the tower. When the ritual is attempted and colored bolts strike the focuses, purple bolts strike this lower focus. I'm guessing that's a reference to the Alcazar loot, and/or to whatever is beneath the tower.

cool stuff but all non cannon
i would rather see cannon npc's like captain davidson/etc from om games, lore expanded in fan mission
also the fifth element would be quanta = space

Expanding cannon in a fan mission wouldn't make it any more cannon though.

DeWall
is a canon NPC who appears in this mod. Ditto for Viktoria, Raputo, Azaran, and Gamall.
