You said it. Where are the days when developers took their time and made sure their program was as bugfree as possible, not this pressure from the dumb suits/publishers resulting in fucking the game up through poor QA. Games are big business and time definitely is money in this industry. But the consumer pays the price. And sometimes the development studio as well. R.I.P. Ion Storm.

Not to get off topic here; but I was wondering if the maps/levels on Xbox look the same as for the PC? :confused:

If you mean the architecture as a whole, then yes. It's the exact same game -- you can even see that the configuration files contain control settings for both platforms in both versions.
If you mean graphically, then I guess no. PC's can go higher resolution, and have more eyecandy in general. Still, the xbox version looks very nice.
Ofcourse, I'm speaking out of my arse since I didn't develop the game, and hence can't have any definite knowledge.
