Has anyone already made a human Constantine mesh/skin or a Karras mesh/skin? I know there are a couple of Trickster meshes about, but I'm looking for those two human meshes.

There is already a Karras mesh in T2, just not an archetype for him. As for Constantine, I don't know of one.

You could try reskinning the bald little git from Mission X (forget his name). Unfortunately, the model is very short, and Constantine seems to be slightly taller than Garrett in the pre-Haunted Cathedral cinematic, so that might be a problem depending on how much of a stickler you are for canonical detail.
There's always the fat bald model from T2X, but the legal disclaimer forbids redistribution of resources in fan missions. Some have done so anyway, but you might feel differently about that.
Actually, those two (and ultra low poly Farkus) are the only bald human models that have been made that I know of, which is odd considering how long we've been at this. Everyone just slaps a bald skin on one of the stock models with modeled hair, leading to the appearance of a lumpen, disfigured head. :eww:

NewDark supports scaling meshes in Dromed, so the undersized fellow from Mission X may be the best route.

But Constantine is not 100% bald... Don't forget to add some hairs on the skin!

There is a barkeep in Dedx that is partially bald. I know there is another one I think is completely bald in Dedx I used in LS2-2 but can't recall the name.
