Thanks, that was fast!
I've been browsing this forum for quite a while now but only registered recently.
I can't believe I missed the crow-bar the first time around and I found it easily. Unfortunately I had some trouble going through the triangle shaped spinning doors, but I managed to eventually force my way through and finish the mission.

Just don't stand too close to the 3 triangular shaped doors, since it looks like they are set to open only once, and if you block them in some way, they stop there pemanently, possibly not letting you past them at all.

These missions are great. I'm not voting because I can't decide! They're all very entertaining and original.
Some made me laugh a lot (not at the design, but from jokes etc), others had some good spooks and atmosphere :) Others were just really creative. To all those who submitted them, kudos on a job well done.

Well, I've finally completed all the missions.
That guy in Mind Master is a no good, lying, cheating, taffer's uncle!!!
I must've "solved" the game twenty different times, but he'd keep telling me I got it wrong. Every once in a while, he wouldn't even do that but just shut-up and ignore me until I went away. Well I finally got him to admit I beat him and he let me go... but I nearly had to threaten him with his life before he'd do it.
I've also done a perfect ghost on Fireshadow's Barrow, After the Party, Breaking and Entering, FCBT Annex, and Akhenaten's Tomb. I should be able to do it on Police Station and Old Comrades, Old Debts. The former is difficult for me because my monitor is very dark to begin with, so with the torches out in the hallway I can't see where the guards are at all. And with OCOD, the outside guy keeps noticing me as I climb out the hatch. I've actually found it easier to ghost past the downstairs guard (despite what the directions say). I'm also going to try ghosting Keepers are Thirsty now that I (hopefully) know where all the switches are.

Police station is more a problem of not enough ambient light from what I can gather.. Crank up the gamma and it'll be as bad as ever.. Not enough ambient light has been something that's always annoyed me. I haven't seen it that bad since Brainchild, although that FM at least has an excuse ("atmosphere" ;) ) and this one is simply poor execution on the designers part.
I didn't have the slightest problem climbing up the hatch without the guard seeing me. Actually, I went out the same way you did, up the stairs, and then later decided to go back down and see if I could actually get out through the storage room :D  He he, still can't find the lockpicks though, so I pretended to have all the objectives complete and
blow the explosives
:p I thought that key would open one of those chests, or the lockbox.. but alas..
deadman.

No offense but found out some this contest missions were really boring and lame and size limits of these are too small :erm:
But anyway did enjoy Nights recourse and few others :)

@Norman Druart:
I used arrows to trun off the lights because I couldn't see how to get any of the keys without being seen. I only noticed the switch for the hallway light behind the beam after I had sung all the people in the house a lullaby :ebil:
Now I know how I could have avoided the stairs. I knew those rope arrows were good for something :) Perhaps I'll try again from the start...Thanks!

deadman: The lockpicks are in...
... the small box next to the ringleader's journal
And you'll have to
pickpocket the key off of the ringleader

After jumping on the huge crate, you simply have to open the hatch and listen to to the outside sounds. If you hear the door opening and steps (on the snow) later, that means the outside guy is...outside. :) But if you hear door opening and no "snow" steps later, that means you can jump on the small crate and climb out...
Good luck!
