I have problems finishing old comrades.
the cell wall/floor breaks down easily but the second explosion has no effect on the escape tunnels - the wall's still there. I tried to break it down throwing stones at it ( I even can throw them through the wall) - but no result.
I hope it's not a bug, just my fault - I really love this mission!
And another very embarrassing problem: I can't find the keepers artefact in this very well lit akhenatons tomb....
Finally I can't make Mind Master work. Ringing the bell once, twice, dozen times has not the slightest effect, the colours are grey and I can't move anyway. I've downloaded the mission again with no success. Help please, I'm so curious about it...

Komag, just a thought... when you run competition 4:ebil:
** at this point Komag will probably shake his head and repeat those oft heard words "Never Again" and we will, of course, believe him until he announces comp 4 **
it might be worth having a judging catagory of "Most Terrifying". It'd be unfair to add such a category in comp 3 at this stage of the game, but if ever there is another Komag small mission comp I think it'd be a worthy catagory.

trix - I can help with Akhenaton's tomb.
When you get to the bottom of the stairs, on the lowest level, turn right, then right again. Look at the wall to your left, just above eye level. There's a little hole in the wall. :)
I need some help with First City Bank, please.
I'm sitting in front of the control box in the basement and with 3 buttons there should only be 7 possible combinations. Yet i have tried all of them and nothing happens. Am i missing something regarding the way the buttons have to be pressed?
Hope someone can help.

I like to go through these missions slowly, so that I am not necessarily comparing them to each other, but judjing them individually. So, thus far, I have only played "After the Pary." I found this mission to be well worth the time I spent. The use of space was good, and completion required thinking creatively (I jumped down fromt he balcony and got an airborne blackjack). Great little mission! I love these contests!

The Elusive One, this is how I did it:
I pushed the middle one in, then the top, then the bottom, the the middle one again to make it come back out. :)
Nightwalker, thanks, that got me through First City Bank.
Unfortunately i'm also stuck at that blasted triangular door in Fireshadow's Burrow. The two side triangles that open inwards are not a problem, but the middle triangle that opens outwards seems to get stuck halfway open with no room to crawl through or anything. Any suggestions anyone, besides waiting for the author to release a new version? :)

Does the section with
the two ape men simply require split second timing to get what you need from the deacon's body or is there a more reasonable tactic?
Thanks!

Deceptive Perceptions is so disturbingly scary. The author sure knew what he/she was doing, especially at the end... I was wondering:
what's in the crate addressed to Garrett at the end? I obviously did not go to that first.
The Elusive One, when I ran into problems with the "triangle" doors in that mission, the only solution was to restart from the beginning. The next time they worked properly. Make sure that you stand as far back as possible, so that you don't come into contact with them at all when they open. I used my "lean forward" key, frobbed them, then let go and was well away from them.
Norman Druart, I used careful timing. I don't know if there's any other way.
