What kind of missions involving plague and disease can you recommend? I've already played Rocksbourg Series and the Seven Sisters.

"Kingsbridge" sends you into a town of moderate size where a mysterious plague is one of the problems you face.

In "Hallucinations", the second mission of frobber's "Keeper of the Prophecies" campaign, you are not diseased, but poisoned. Your health goes down every now and then, accompanied by a nice vomiting sound, and you have to drink a Health potion from time to time to gain more time. Your doctor's report is not very encouraging either.

Another form of poisoning takes place in the last mission of the "Godbreaker" campaign. You play Conall, another master thief, who has frequent blackouts due to the poison, and needs to get the antidote. Someone wants to give it to Conall, but of course, that offer comes with a price...

The mission "The Cure" of the "T2X: Shadows of the Metal Age" campaign features a hospital, once made for the diseased, but now turned into something more sinister: The Undead have taken over. Some messages the player reads while exploring speak of what the medical staff tried to do for the patients long ago before the downfall of the hospital.

Disease control of some kind is also themed in "The Farm". Either you save several diseased at a certain point of the mission, or armed archers ensure that no one can transfer the disease anymore...
