For some not so obvious reason, my ai which is rendered using a corpse link wont act.
I have done this many times successfully before in NewDark V1.21 and all of the prior versions, but now nothing in V1.22. Has something changed that would disable the corpse link model?
Here is my setup:
Ai which is concrete in Blue Room linked to be rendered is a conversation actor 1.
The conversation works perfectly with other ai, just not this one.
Ai>corpse link to Ai. When destroyed, the new model(in blue room)renders but does not respond to a conversation.
Has anyone found a solution to this? This is the only way I have found to render a new model in game.

How and when do you trigger the conversation? What actions are you trying to make your AI perform?
I tested your setup (patrolling guard Corpse-linked to the blue room AI and a button triggering the conversation) and simple actions like frobbing a button worked, but not going to an object, because the AI was alerted when appearing.

I've noticed that conversations are now sometimes buggy. I'll have to test on my pc before I can exlplain, but in some instances the AI do not react properly when alerted during the conversation and refuse to search. Honestly I thought that if your AI died the conversation would end. I didn't think a corpsed AI would continue the conversation or am I reading this wrong? I would use TrigSlain on the dying AI and trigger a new conversation.

Thankyou qolelis, I am trying to get him to do the basic things like a couple motions, and a go to object.

Hi John, thanks for your info. I am using trigslain,but yet to no avail. Now the MsSchema folder I placed in my T2 directory is not being read, so the new convs are not working.
Is there a command to load the newconvs? I thought the engine would read the MsSchema
contents, and don't remember ever using a command to load motions or convs.
Edit:I quit using the corpse link and used a stim to change models, however, the skin that I had hoped would load didn't. Seems to work good otherwise.
Edit: Okay, I found out why the NewConv's weren't working. I was using the T2 original mdb, and not the new one Randy made. If anyone needs it let me know, and I will upload it.
