The Bow / Scouting Orb bug seems to occurring in slightly different ways. It's not a one off though. Thanks for pointing it out. Now, we need to fix it...

It doesn't seem to be that. Sorry.
The difficulty is that we can't seem to replicate the bug. And there's no savegame file that we've recieved that shows it yet. Still, it obviously exists, and is bugging several people.

Well, I must be one of the lucky ones because I've seen no bugs and finally finished it for the first time on Expert.

Top notch mission, a little TOO much marble - but maybe I'll be able to explore and find better ways to do things easier on subsequent replays. I guarantee there will be many subsequent replays! :cheeky:

In actual fact, we suspect that only a very small percentage of players are having bugs. It's just because so many people are playing the mission, that the total number of people having bugs is this numerous.

I'm going to have to be a bit of a jerk, because I know all of you want us to fix this ASAP, and if we are going to be able to fix this ASAP...

When we ask you a question, please be completely and absolutely detailed and specific in your answer. Most of the answers we've gotten so far to our specific questions have been extremely vague to the point of uselessness. We want to fix this, but to fix a problem we cannot reproduce ourselves, you need to be our eyes and ears, and we need very precise, detailed, thorough explanations of what you are witnessing and hearing and not hearing.

I know none of you wanted to be drafted as beta testers, but as the few people who have this problem, that's how it is.

here are my latest save files in which the bug appeared. the one that happenes after receiving "wait until told to leave" objective. I don't know if it's of any help though.

As a recap, the main points are

1. Steel
a. Did you hear Steel pick up his gear?
b. If so, did Steel continue reporting right through until he reports that he's finished his task?
c. If not, what was the last thing he said?

2. Stone
a. Did Sheam tell Stone that everything was ready for her to head in?
b. Did she keep reporting until she got back out again?
c. If not, what was the last thing she said?

3. Dante
a. Which task did you choose?
b. How did you complete the task? (spoiler tags on this one please)

About that starting the mission problem:

According to (http://board.ttlg.de/thread.php?postid=84013#post84013) two reports in the German forum, it helped to unzip the complete mission manually. I guess it's worth a try.

Take into consideration though, that this approach will also need you to clean up your Thief folder manually after you finished playing the mission.

Can someone point me in the right direction? I've got 12 keys, and I've opened every lock I can find, including Stormcloud's Clubhouse.

I can't open any of the vent grates or the basement windows. I've explored every floor, except the basement, which I can't find a way into. There's very few doors I can't open.

I can only assume I've missed a key somewhere, but after about 5 hours real time playing this one, I'm not about to continue this keyhunt.

Also, where might I find the combination to the safe in the casino's cash room?

Four hours of playing and I'm successfull through.
No bugs at all for me. Went all flawlessly. :D

Now that was something !! :wot:

However, I have questions :

1. How to enter the security office ?
2. How to enter the room with clouds love girl in it, that you deliver the suit to ?
3. Where to find the combination for the safe with the dial in the money exchange?
