My gen.osm matches both size and date, but I'm still stuck in the box.

Update: I've also got all correct .osm files, darkhooks.dll, darkhooks.dlx, and dh2.osl, but still stuck in the box.

Yes, I tried to unzip the mission directly to T2 folder — same crash to desktop on loading mission.

Yes, Thief2 works fine, GatI mission works fine too.

When I am in Room 208 Dante, scribbles a note that there's a nice portrait of an lady - but only when I switch the light on. Is this portrait significant, do I need to do something?

The painting in that room is a painting of Cloud's mistress. It is a part of the mistress hints. And, yes, you must turn on the light to see the painting.

Great mission. I'm stuck: where is the key which I should leave at Cloud's room? Sheam told me it is dropped at the theatre on third floor, but I already was there and didn't see any?:(
