But the map mentions something about braving his personal guards inside the Monarch Suite.
It says "Personal Guard"... That might indeed be worth changing. It means that's his elite, hand-picked cadre, rather than his bodyguards, but it is an unfortunate choice of words.

"Raputo is staying in the Monarch Suite. [It is] Worth a look if you're not afraid of his personal guards. Just don't get caught!"

The starving artist, Ireth Kalt, who contributed a ton of work to MX, and who worked overtime the last day to get all of her artwork done for the manual, has something to share with everyone. Now
you too can
blend in with your very own set of
noble clothes! :cheeky:

i played some minutes at mt firts time and, the only bug i see in this FM is :after some minutes of playing it, in almost all the textures exist many colors "as lights of many colors." this is not a normal thing i think. :erm:

Sorry if this has been asked before; BUT; I playing on Expert; turned off the power to the elevators in the basement;concentrating on returning the key to Mr. Cloud's room path. What are some of the locations to documents that have to be copied  I have them as "optional" objectives but only found one
the business account's ledger
I have found three copying kits; are there more documents to be copied? Someone mentioned there are as many as 5
I went through and completed this mission 3 times and can't seem to find the other documents to be copied.

Wild spoilers to follow.
First, the three 'easy' ones.
Head Accountant's Ledger, in plain sight, on the desk in the Head Accountant's office.
Cloud's letter to his mistress, which doesn't actually tell you anything about her, but gives complete details of Cloud's post-IR-sale plans, in plain sight, on Cloud's desk in his office.
The Mechanist Eye document, torn from a Mechanist Technical Manual, on a bookshelf outside of the camera room in the basement.
The Difficult one...
Security Chief's Dissent, wadded up and thrown in a waste-basket, in the Stormcloud's Clubhouse Office (near the blackjack area), on the 2nd floor.
The Really Tough I-am-a-true-taffer one... do not read unless you want to forever know that you couldn't figure it out on your own!
Doesn't exist until you set events in motion. Once you accept Rubber's chores, you are given a task to deliver a scroll case to the Monarch's Suite. Once you do so, watch what happens. A guard will come and take it away. Follow him!

Hmmm
Just got done playing. GREAT architecture, damn good gameplay, and the lack of a loot objective was very interesting. The fact that there's different ways to go about the mission adds replayability, even at the same difficulty levels.
However, i have some.. reservations. Sorry DN & co, but i gotta get this off my chest, don't take it personal:
Now, i only played on expert (heh, sounds kinda funny...), but i doubt the story changes much with other difficulty levels... but anyway, given that this mission was inspired by Mission: Impossible, the moment I heard that Rubber was in trouble, I got really excited. I thought the whole mission was gonna end up being a cascade failure and that there was a traitor who I'd have to find in ADDITION to completing my thiefy objectives...!!! but, no.
Huge letdown there.
Also, the voice acting was sub-par. But that's a minor complaint.
Overall though, clever game mechanics, team atmosphere was a nice touch, and it was pure, good, clever sneaky thiefy fun. Worth the wait =)

I would gladly pay 100 bucks for a game consisting of 5-10 Thief missions of CoSaS quality. Instead, modern AAA devs prefer doing bioshocks (in the best case) and such nowadays.

I've just discovered that
some of the lightswitches are lockpickable! but not all of them.Yes. They're color coded. White = not locked. Yellow = Pickable. Blue = Unpickable.

I was in the Monarch's Room on Expert, and knocked out the guards and servant there, which I assume are supposed to be Raputo's personal bodyguards. Strangely, the mission did not fail, which I would have expected.
I think others answered your comment well enough, but note that in the patch I have changed the text on the map to say simply "raputo's guards"

1.Trying to hear what the team was saying through the mask as I'm whaling away at a guard, or during an intense moment.
I was hoping I would have a dinner date after it was over, or meet the other team members for a celebration.Did the captions help at all with understanding the agents? As for the second comment - did the debriefing movie not play? If not, check out success.avi.
