While playing the mission, I came across two things which I don't quite understand.
1. When Dante selects the elevator task, he has to put a burnt out fuse into the fuse box while the elevator power is off. When a guard switches the power back on, the box explodes. Why? As far as I know, a burnt fuse should cut power, and that's it - there should not be anything happening when the guard uses the switch since the burnt fuse should still prevent electricity from flowing through the box and to the switch.
2. In the security room, there are two vent shafts. In between the two, a note from a captain can be found. How did this note end up there? Did the airflow into the vents pull the note up? I can't imagine someone placing the note there deliberately, since no one is supposed to travel through the vents.

2. At least two different people go into the vents often enough, one to spy on people, another to collect water crystals.

1. And yet steampunk walkie talkies are perfectly acceptable! :)
2. If noone is supposed to be in there, why are there ladders?

In the Foreman's office where I dump the drunken guard, there is a metal door. I have sixteen keys, and it still won't open; it's also unpickable. Where is the key to this door?
Thanks,
Dafydd

The key to that door is in the basement, in the barracks but if you don't already have that key, the only way in is through the camera room - the switch on the wall opens the metal door there. Of course, once you have that key you're already on the side of that door you want to get to.
