Sometimes I think our links are made from crisco. :weird:

Loading times are painfuly long - even quickloading. Does anyone else have this problem?
Another thing is, I don't like the fact that there is a woman among elite thieves. Thief is a serious fantasy setting based on past of our world and placing women in such high positions damages integrity of it.

Heh. I guess you're saying that a woman would not have the physical strength or stamina to pull off a mission like this?
Seems like a pointless nitpick since NO HUMAN, male or female, would have the ability to pull off half of what Garrett does in real life.
Plus if you're in a world with mages and undead, having women with close to male strength shouldn't be too much of a stretch.

Women in high ranking positions are part of Thief 2, and women thieves are a very accepted and expected component of this community.
I am a little bemused at the recent trend of negativity aimed at Mission X.

Kethoth, I'd be careful about disparaging women Thieves in this forum. This community has a large percentage of women players. I've never heard anyone voice the opinion that a woman shouldn't be a thief. :weird:

There were female city guards in Thief 2, not ot mention a certain city guard officer. The world of Thief may be based on real medieval times, but there are substantial differences. In Thief, female elite thieves are perfectly plausible. :)

I think women can be thieves but only if they steal the ingredients to make brownies and then get in the kitchen and make 'em!:p

Gluck!
It was nice knowing you, Slyfoxx... :erm:
