Ello, ello, ello...I have seen some very desirable objects in the Cosas release packs that I would like to use, after unzipping them I am a little daunted on how to use them.
I.E....Beds, unzipped there are:-
obj folder which has the usual txt16 folder and bin files
two .csv files BinBins and BinSkins
A BinSkins csv application
A cosas.mis
Do I need all these bits and bobs or is it just the good old obj folder and the txt16 parts.
Do I name the new beds after the .bin names.
Thank you.

In my copy of the beds zip file there are no BinSkins files, so you must have run the program at some point. You only need the bin files and texutres (usually gifs). The BinSkins csv file will tell you which textures are used by each bin file, so you know what to copy into your own obj folder.

I've got all of the COSAS stuff on my site, also.

I created Dromed-ready folders and mission files to make browsing a bit easier.
Also, an easy way to determine what textures are related to an object is to open the .bin file in a text editor. Near the top of the garbage are the texture names. It's a little sloppy but it works.
