I had a couple of questions about some thing in regards to thief games but I am not asking for help because I haven beaten all them except for DS because several gameplay and the either absent minded or psych AI.My question are
1.What decides the path the assassins take in the mission assassin in thief The dark project\Thief gold because the video walkthrough I am using they use this one path and every time I restart the mission they still take the other path at the split right after the metal bridge
2.Is there way to keep the movies working because I got them to work by using the klite codec pack and they were working for the past couple of weeks but after going to play thief gold after saving my game in system shock 2 the cutscenes ceased to play then I went back to check system shock 2 and its cutscenes didn't work the only games who cutscenes still work is thief 2 but I just checked and know even those stopped working so I was wonder if there was way to fix them so I didn't have to keep on installing the codecs.I do know of the scrooge permanent movie fix but could never get it to work can you describe it more detail if that's the only way in case I did something wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated
