ok sorry to bug but i just wanted to know a couple things:
1. Is it possible to be allied to both the Pagans and hammers?
2. Whenever you gain acess to an allie's stronghold, can you still loot the place as long as no one sees you and you dont try to KO or kill anyone?

1. Yes. Just carry out the little jobs you get (e.g. killing rust mites and shooting corner stones). Doing this enough will raise both your faction bars to "Allies".
Just do not kill them or rob your allies (or don't get caught/seen) , if you do and they see it your bar will drop; if it drops enough you will become enemies again.
2. What do you mean with "stonghold"? If you mean "The Pagan Sanctuary" or " St. Edgars", well, you can do pretty much anything you want while in one of the missions. nothing you do inside a mission will have any effect whatsoever faction-wise.
If you're talking about the Pagans at the Docks and Fort Ironwood:
You can loot anything you can get, just try to not be seen too often. Every time they become aware of missing items and see you around, your faction bar will get worse.

Check your faction stats. It will show when you are detected stealing loot.
