Ahhh yes! The basement! I'd quite forgotten about that! I spent about five minutes pacing back & forth (in RL) muttering, 'Not a basement, please God, not another *#*#!! basement' before I screwed up my courage & actually went down there.

:D. Seems bad things always happen in basements eh? Makes you wonder why people in The City even bother having them.
Speaking of which, makes you wonder why they keep making graveyards/catacombs and whatnot. With all the zombie/ghost/haunt problems The City has (and there's seemingly no end to them) you'd assume that they'd just start cremating everyone.

I was just playing through the Cradle. I was hiding out in Cell No. 2, waiting for the right time to escape without getting seen by the Puppet outside the Cell. Well, the lights outside the cell stopped flickering, so I opened the door.
Well turns out that had been one Puppet causing that flickering, the one in the meal hall. The hallway one came right next to the cell just as I opened the cell door. We kind of starred at each other for a second, and even though I was in complete darkness and a good metre away from him, he saw me (thanks increased Minimalist Mod difficulty!). He screamed at me, pimp slapped me a couple times. You know, good fun.

If I ever venture into the Cradle, I'll just need to remember the "resident ghost who pimp-slapped T-Smith" and I won't be frightened anymore. :joke:

Makes me wonder. I mean, what if Garrett is killed in the Cradle, or any undead-ish place? What if he becomes a zombie? Will he just be yet another mindless walking corpse, intent on feeding on human flesh? Or will he be the loner zombie? Shuffling alone in a dark corner, and instead of feeding on humans that walk by, he'd use his mouth to rip off their purse from the belts. He'd also use his mouth to gather up all valuable objects in the area, and he'd just make himself a big, dark, rotting loot pile.
