In the mission after the cradle right at the beginning Lauryl says:
Follow me, I'll take you to the place, where she buried me. Bring my blood with you
While we follow her she says:
You still have my blood, right? We'll need it to remove the marks.
So it's definitely Lauryl's blood used. Garrett must have picked it up outside the cradle, though it's not listed in the inventory.
