I'm at the barracks of craigscleft on expert difficulty, and felix's map is nowhere to be found! It should be in the evidence box, right? Anyone else encounter this?

The map was stolen by an escapee, you can find it at one of the two security stations (I forget which one) that lead to the cells (where you have to dodge the camera on the ceiling). Look for a small hole in the wall, crouch down, go through and you'll find yourself in a sewer of sorts, there's the body of the escapee with some loot and the map he took.
