I can't get past the door behind which there's a room with two torches (that are visible through the door) - how do I open that? Or should it be picked? I noticed that even though I "bought" the lockpicks in the loadout I don't have them (and just to be sure that they don't show up in the inventory despite being bought I restarted once too).

I got to a room with a small elevated pool and 4 torches and the special arrows. I really cannot figure out what to do next.......:confused:
