Someone that nit-picks minor details, more often than not it's over trivial matters.

"Digital download" is a widely used term for the concept within the games industry.
...by stupid people, which the games industry has no shortage of.

It's a Freudian concept describing personal traits thought to be caused by shame and guilt through improper or overly strict toilet training as a child. People with such a characterisitc are supposed to be particular and fastidius about things like neatness, cleanliness, etiquet and rules in general.
That's roughly the way I remember it anyway. Might be the colloquial version.

That's about what it is, actually. Some consider it a mild form of OCD.
Anal retentive people are irritating as fuck.

What the hell? Clear Sky is already out, Witcher 1.1(see what I did there) is already out, Spore is out, I think Mirror's Edge is coming out any minute, so is Fallout 3.
Weren't all these games slated for fall? Where did the time go?

Just so everyone's aware, all releases of Warhead, that's including the Steam one, include SecuROM protection a la Spore.
So that's a no-buy for me then.
I fell for it with Spore, but I won't be buying another SecuROM protected game.

God SecuROM. It's the Starforce of the late 00s.
