I'm very impressed; for your first release it's quite a piece of work, especially considering the fact you said it was not extensively beta-tested. Lots of fun surprises, clean architecture, and nice side stories. Excellent work.
I liked your inclusion of the Latin passage, by the way. Nice touch there.

Henri, thanks for this fun mission. Looking forward to your next one. I find it amazing that this is your first FM.
It was a delight to return home after a week of being away and find 3 new missions.
In one of the rooms was a picture of 2 boys...which one is you??
Congratulations, and keep up the good work. :)

Thanks for comments again. I hope the next mission will be finished as soon as possible. :D

The one on the right. It's a little old picture, about 2-3 years old.

I'm also missing a lot of loot. I know where a bunch of it is, but I can't see how to get it while ghosting (maybe it's impossible).
Is there any way to kill the lights in the police station? There's 1000 gold in purses there plus lots of equipment in the toolboxes. I'm not even sure that killing the lights would do it, unless the third guard is standing far enough in front of the doorway that he can be nudged out of position. I haven't looked closely enough.
But there should be enough loot to finish even without that... except I can't find it! I only have about 5300, and I need 5600. Aside from the second paragraph, is there any other hidden cache of loot in here?
(By the way, I'm pretty sure the eye is unghostable, since you have to smash your way through wood planks. Not that every mission need be ghostable, but it's puzzling that every objective would be ghostable -- which it is -- except for one.)
Good mission, surprisingly large compared to what I expected from the first couple of rooms.

Hey Dafydd, yer a crazy ghosting taffer, you know that? :cheeky: :thumb: Have you got a favourite ghosting FM?
Dafydd on 10/5/2006 at 00:29
Sluggs, probably A Keeper's Betrayal; that was a really fun one to try and ghost. Also the whole L'Arsene/Emile Victor saga. Also The Focus; that one defeated me the first time I tried ghosting it, but I've been able to go back and do it successfully, I think.
The strangest one to ghost is surely Equilibrium, where Garrett is up against other renegade Keepers with ghosting powers almost as good as his!
Ominous Bequest is a really good ghoster, except it isn't technically ghostable; but apart from some property damage, the rest can be ghosted, and is a heck of a lot of fun. (If this is the one I'm thinking of -- the mission where you have to cut the electrical cable to steal something, right?)
And that mission where Garrett wakes up in a swamp... as a skeleton. I can't remember the name. Is that one of yours? I really enjoyed ghosting that one.
My favorite non-ghosters are the whole Ruins of Originia series and the Nightmares (Cauchmars) series.

That swamp mission is Left for Dead by Schwaa, right?
I don't ghost much, I just blackjack everyone I see. :sly: But I've thought to ghost TDP sometime, and after that maybe TMA and then the fms.

I just need the info on the Hammerites. ??? I must have missed something.:erm:
Seems that nobody answered this question of Gloria's yet; I'd like to know, too... It's the only thing I haven't accomplished yet! :)
Thanks,
Crowemagnon
P.S. I thought that picture of Henri's had him looking like a young Tom Hanks... !
