I just tested the package and found there was a problem with transparency on the blackjack arm texture. So I fixed that and I rotated the texture for the blackjack on the arm, which somehow had gotten turned upside-down (??). I then tested the proper procedure to use these models and documented it in the readme. You can download the revised package (

INSTRUCTIONS (Tested & verified to work on my machine.)
There are 4 bj arms to choose from in the Mesh folder:
armbj2_01.bin - original blackjack arm, one texture
armbj2_02.bin - 3ds for modified blackjack arm, two textures, new blackjack mesh, orig BJ texture
armbj2_03.bin - 3ds for modified blackjack arm, two textures, new blackjack mesh, EP BJ texture
armbj2_04.bin - 3ds for modified blackjack arm, two textures, new blackjack shape, new BJ texture
Pick one of them to put in your MESH folder and rename it to be
BJACHAND.BIN and copy the corresponding texture(s) into the MESH\TXT16 folder if it uses a new texture. (Hint: armbj2_02.bin uses BLACJAC2.GIF, armbj2_03.bin uses BLACJAC3.GIF, and armbj2_04.bin uses BLACJAC4.GIF)
- Don't rename the texture.
- Use hex edit on the bin to see which texture corresponds, if you need to be sure.
