Most of the new custom textures I am including into this mission are working fine and displaying correctly..I have made sure that the stock images are in the kb range rather than mb resizing where needed, I then put them through gimp setting the image size to 512x512 and in my case exporting them as .gif, alls well until this....

http://i558.photobucket.com/albums/ss30/Ravenhook_2009/dump006.png...now bear in mind that I had been bored rigid doing just over a hundred new textures and had gone through nearly a jug of Westons Old Rosie scrumpy cider but even I could see that somethings amiss...so I repaired to my trusty folders and paper stack but cannot see what I have done wrong, I remember something about "seamless" but dont know what to do...it's the ciders fault!...honest.:cheeky:
This one shows the problem a little more clearly...

It seems that you textures are not edited to tile. If you want, I could edit them if you PM them to me.

Email sent...thank you very much.
Set to tile, where do I do that...I used photostudio 5 to reduce the size if the jpg down to kb's and then gimp to sive the image and convert to gif's??

There's no magic trick, you have to make those textures seamless. For more organic textures you could use "make seamless" filter in Gimp (or PS), but for regular shapes, like bricks, you need to edit them manually. Google seamless texture tutorial, there should be plenty of those online.
