Ratmen were barely used in TDP, unlike the mechanical faces and robots, which were bloody EVERYWHERE in TMA.
And anyone who doesn't love Burricks is a godless communist.
When the Burricks would whimper, that always got to me.

I miss me some burricks in TMA and TDS!
After all those spider steaks and burrick burgers...no wonder the citizens of The City are so corrupt! Wait.... Chicken or egg?

Oho, but does Dark Project have a rooftop mission? Didn't think so. :sly:
Actually, you can get on the rooftops in almost every Mission in Dark Project. You mean you never did Undercover from the rooftops?!?!
Oh, the humanity.

*sob* Maybe if that whole mission hadn't been so damn
dark I would have been able to see more than three feet in front of me and thus felt more confident veering off the main course and climbing onto the roofs. :grr:

Yes the faces and robots where used everywhere in T: MA, but then again they were sort of acceptable. I mean society took 'em in and to them it was just like having another possession. Having rat men guarding buildings and such wouldn't of made sense in Thief 1 or 2 :P.
But I remember thinking when playing Escape! that there were ratmen galore. I mean just those caves must of had 10+ ratmen in them, and as far as Lord Bafford's Manor is concerned thats like the level's population in just a few rooms!

T1 for me is kind of like faust, or something of the sort, with Garrett's deal with Constantine...
T2 reminds me of Molière's Canigula, with Karass going mad (although I must admit, I haven't goten far in the game yet :p
Haven't seriously played T3 yet...
