Darkfate's cloud hosting Mail.ru now requires anyone who wishes to d/l from that site to first register with them by either setting up an account via 5 different .ru mail services or it does gives you the option of using your Gmail account, but I would suggest opening a throw away Gmail account to be only used when d/l from Darkfate which maybe a better option for those who don't want to register with a Russian site (like probably everybody).
The mods at DF are aware of this change in Mail.ru permissions and hopefully they may be able to find an alternative hosting site that does not require registration.
In the meantime the best alternative FM hosting site with the most up to date missions is (

The Keep hosts the most recent zips of missions up to the Sept 2022, Komag does add new missions, maybe he'll see this post and add the few that have been released recently.
Taffers Paradise almost invariably only hosts the original release version, there are loads of out of date zips on that site but yes Lord Soth does add new mission quite quickly after initial release.
Darkfate has for a long time been the best site to d/l the most recent zips, it has the most complete up to date data base as well as loads of fixed missions unavailable anywhere else.

Weird... while downloading whole fan missions from Darkfate.org indeed requires this registration, downloading russian translations does not require any such thing. Both are compressed files hosted somewhere on Darkfate, so why this difference?

I used to get a lot of downloads from Cheap Thief Missions but there have been no updates since 2017. That's a great site and I think ran by epithumia if I remember right. Not sure if there will be future updates.

I think that is because small files such as translations are still on Darkfate's Gdrive, but with a max allowance of only 15gigs with Gdrive all the FM's are hosted on Mail.ru cloud which is probably a lot cheaper than buying extra storage from Google
