I have suddenly a problem by playing fm's with darkloader 4.3
if i start a fm following error message pops up.
the required scrip file gen. osm wasn't found in the thief directory. you can find a copy of this file in thiefs scripst zip, which was installed with darkloader.
it#s very suspicous, because i haven't changed anything.
the fm starts but i cannot use teh weapons for example.
what have i to do?

Stop using Darkloader.
Darkloader, like Olddark, it was great in it's day, but it messes around with your Thief files by leaving older redundant folders where they shouldn't be left in your Thief installation, so over a period of time you store up a bundle of trouble, as you have discovered today.
Honestly, you've heard this before but there is a reason, stop using Darkloader and use FMsel or Newdarkloader from now on. Both Newdark missions and older missions will forever be grateful to you.

You like Darkloader then why not try using (

Personnally I prefer FMsel, the FMloader that comes with Newdark, but that's because I'm constantly flipping between Dromed and Thief and find FMsel the easiest for those purposes.

i have some problems with these programs
with the new dark loader i read the read me and in point 3 of the installation i should do something, which i don't check how to do.

and after this how can i start new dark loader, because i cannot find a exe file??
angelloader looks very pretty but after done all settings and import a fm in the destination folder, this fm wouldn't be shown in angelloader ..

In the folder where the cam_mod.ini file you just changed is, find and open the thief.exe or thief2.exe. It should show this:

Installing NewDarkLoader is more complicated, and maybe will not work. This solution, called FMSel, should work straight away.
