I'm playing this right now. Looking for the second dose of Zombrex, and remembering why I didn't like the first game so much. I can't think of another action-game that is as punishing to noobs as the DR games are. Doing well in this game doesn't require skill so much as it requires a knowledge of where all the best guns and supplies are. You practically need to play through it once and fail before playing it a second time properly. That's not good gamedesign.
Right now I'm trying to beat Snowflake and the slow guy. I've died three times attempting this bossfight. Anyone got any advice? I've got a couple of machineguns which I can use to take down slowboy with but after that I get eaten up by the tiger no matter what I do. What weapon is effective against that goddamn thing?

I think deth's suggestion was a subtle hint to go kill yourself

you have to throw several steaks at her, jeez, at least three
also find some knives and boxing gloves (there's gloves in the fighting store just a little ways from the maintenance door you come and go from) and put them together and go wail on ted for a bit
knife gloves are basically the best weapon in the whole game
truth be told i didn't really do this boss fight my first time through, was doing something else, forget what though

PLEASE ADVICE
You can skip that mission can't you? At least I don't even remember finishing it and I've played it several times already. Best bet is to get as high a level as possible, unlock as many combo cards and fight moves as possible and the game becomes more enjoyable. The game is meant to be played
several times as the first playthrough for me was excruciating at such a low level and I almost gave up. I tried to save everyone and do everything which is a mistake, it leaves no time for exploration or fun.
Best weapons: Gem Blower, Electrified Wheelchair
Best move: Elbow Smash (hard to pull off)
Don't forget to give Katie certain gifts and toys. She loves them. ;)

Can I make them without having gotten the Combo Card for them though?

Ah, thanks for the tip!
As for Snowflake and Ted. I had a pair of machineguns, a shotgun and a grenade last time I went to fight them. Killed Ted easily, and then spent several hours sniping at Snowflake from high ground. Alas, I only managed to drain half her health before I had to run off and give Katie her Zombrex. Dunno what'll happen when I go back to that place, will Snowflake's health be restored?
Anyway, yeah I don't
have to do that bossfight. And thankfully the main story bossfights have been quite easy, and even FUN, so far.
Overall, I'm enjoying the game a lot. :)

Yes, you can. Comes with some downsides but nothing making it not worth using.
Toughest boss fight for me was fighting the motorcycle guy. Fuck that asshole.
Speaking of which, I really should get a transfer cable for my old 360 HD so I don't have to go through both DRs from Level 1 again.

What size HDD did you have? Wanna sell your old one, dethy? (once, and if, you transfer all old data)
